What are the dates and schedule of events for the conference?

Details for Day One | Thursday, August 19
A Norvax Customer "pre-conference" clinic will be held on Thursday, August 19 from 8:30-10:30 AM prior to the conference. Customers who are not attending the conference are welcome to attend this session.
Norvax University kicks off at NOON on Thursday with a welcome and general session and concludes with a reception from 6:30-7:30 PM.

Sessions on Friday, August 20 begin at 8:00 AM and conclude at 5:30 PM.

The Hyatt Regency O'Hare provides complimentary shuttle service to and from Chicago O'Hare International Airport. For those driving, the hotel is providing Norvax University attendees with a highly discounted $5/night parking rate.
The Hyatt Regency O'Hare is also within walking distance to the CTA Blue Line train for access to downtown Chicago.
How much is the hotel?

How much face time will I get with the presenters?
We’ve scheduled more networking time in Chicago! This includes breaks, a networking cocktail reception Thursday evening, and lunch on Friday.
What about meals?
Attendees will be responsible for their own meals on Thursday. Lunch at the Conversation Cafe is included on Friday.
Can my spouse attend with me?
He or she will have to purchase a separate conference pass.
Will there be slides of the event available?
Yes! Depending on the ticket type that you purchased, attendees will be given access to view the slides from the event.
Will this event be broadcast streaming online?
No.
Is this the only time you’ll be coming to the midwest this year?

What is your cancellation policy?
Our full cancellation policy is available online at http://university.norvax.com/cancellation.html. The key points is that you can cancel up to five days prior to the event and still get a refund of your registration, less a $25 cancellation fee.
